With a diverse background in medicine, my career has always been driven by a strong interest in finding clinical solutions that lead to practical, real-world innovations.
After graduating in medicine in Germany and earning a PhD, I relocated to Australia and gained extensive experience in emergency departments, general practice, and working with the Australian Defence Force. This varied experience gave me firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities within the medical sector.
In 2018, I founded JD Sanmed to channel my creative skills and drive to explore new solutions that can improve medical care. The company is built around my patented invention, the iXope, and reflects my passion for developing innovative medical devices.
My goal is to continue exploring and creating new technologies that have a tangible, positive impact on service delivery and patient outcomes in the medical field.
