I am the founder and CEO of HealthcareLink, Australia’s leading online career marketplace for healthcare and medical professionals. With more than 150,000 professionals and 10,000 organisations on the platform, HealthcareLink is helping modernise how healthcare connects, hires and grows its workforce.

My background spans technology, business intelligence and digital innovation, and I am passionate about building purpose-driven platforms that solve real-world workforce challenges.

In October 2018, I acquired Newly, an online marketplace connecting carers with aged and disability care providers, and integrated it within the HealthcareLink group of platforms. This expansion has strengthened our commitment to supporting Australia’s aged care and community care workforce.

I am also the founder of Bytec, an award-winning technology company specialising in verticalised career market networks powered by AI-based matching and machine learning.

Across these ventures, my focus remains the same: to use technology to bring people together, simplify complex systems and strengthen the healthcare and care workforce for the future.

My vision is to create a connected ecosystem where opportunity, talent and purpose align, empowering professionals to find meaningful work and enabling organisations to deliver better care across Australia.
