My key messages is that when people feel engaged, supported, and respected, organisations do better across all performance metrics. In healthcare, strong leadership and solid people systems lead to better care, more stable teams, and a more sustainable, profitable business.

I’m passionate about getting the fundamentals right. Clear, robust people systems free leaders and staff to focus on what matters most – delivering service to their clients and patients. Just as we use data, information and skills to deliver great care, the same needs to apply to our people. One of my greatest passions is supporting healthcare leaders, many of whom built their careers as clinicians and transitioned into a leadership role. You entered this industry because you genuinely care – and that’s the perfect foundation for becoming an effective leader of people.
