I am a Torres Strait Islander woman, business founder and advocate committed to creating lasting economic opportunity for First Nations peoples and communities.

As founder and director of SM Co, I lead a proudly Indigenous-owned consultancy specialising in Indigenous economic development, engagement strategy, and money coaching. My work bridges the gap between policy and people, helping government, industry and community organisations design initiatives that build generational wealth and strengthen local economies.

With decades of experience across public sector leadership, program design and community engagement, I bring both strategic insight and lived experience to every project. Through SM Co’s Indigenous Business Growth and Money Coaching programs, I empower both organisations and individuals to unlock financial capability, resilience and long-term impact.

I believe that economic participation is one of the most powerful levers for equality. My vision is to see every Indigenous Australian supported to grow, lead and build prosperity that lasts for generations.
