Heidi Health wins Best AI Scribe Solution at the HTN Now Awards

Recognition built on measurable outcomes

Heidi Health has been awarded Best AI Scribe Solution at the UK’s HTN Now Awards 2025/26, alongside Modality Partnership, following an evaluation grounded in real-world clinical performance rather than marketing claims.

According to the awards panel, submissions were assessed on whether efficiency gains demonstrated in pilots were sustained once the technology was rolled out at scale. For Heidi Health, the data showed consistent results beyond the test phase, a benchmark that many digital health tools struggle to meet.

The initial pilot ran for 25 days and involved 47 general practitioners across 2,879 patient consultations. During that period, 24,156 minutes of clinical audio were transcribed. Documentation workload was reduced by more than 50 percent, providing a clear baseline for wider deployment.

Scaling beyond the pilot phase

Following the pilot, Modality Partnership expanded use of the AI scribe across its broader clinical workforce. Adoption now spans more than 200 clinicians across general practice, nursing, pharmacy and physician assistant roles.

The HTN award submission reports that the solution has since supported transcription of more than 1.2 million minutes of consultations, with over 17,000 consultations transcribed each month. At scale, this equates to approximately 530 clinical hours saved per month.

Importantly, the impact was not limited to headline time savings. The rollout was associated with a 51 percent reduction in documentation completed during consultations and a 61 percent reduction in administrative work undertaken after hours.

For general practitioners, this translated into the recovery of between 1.5 and 2.5 hours per day, or roughly 12.5 hours per week. In practical terms, that is capacity comparable to an additional clinical session, without extending working hours.
