Dr Belinda Welsh

As a procedural dermatologist with over 20 years of experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, I’m passionate about providing comprehensive, evidence-based care that bridges both medical and aesthetic skin health. As Founder, Co-Director, and Principal Dermatologist at Complete Skin Specialists, I focus on laser dermatology and injectable treatments that enhance skin health, confidence, and overall wellbeing.

I have a particular interest in rosacea, acne, acne scarring, and laser procedures for a wide range of skin conditions. I believe medical and cosmetic dermatology exist on a continuum, improving the function and appearance of the skin goes hand in hand with restoring confidence and quality of life. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of dermatologists, dermal therapists, and cosmetic nurses, I aim to deliver individualised, safe, and natural results through evidence-based care.

After completing my medical degree at Monash University, I undertook specialist dermatology training in Melbourne and Sydney, earning Fellowship of the Australasian College of Dermatologists and the prestigious Travelling Fellowship for academic excellence. I have held consulting roles at major hospitals including The Alfred, St Vincent’s, Mercy Hospital for Women, and The Royal Children’s Hospital Laser Clinic, where I continue to contribute my expertise.

My vision is to deliver high-quality, holistic dermatological care that empowers patients to achieve healthier skin and renewed confidence.
