I’m a spinal consultant and physiotherapist with more than 15 years of experience helping people overcome chronic pain and rediscover movement without surgery.
As co-founder of The Brisbane Spine Clinic, I’ve spent much of my career building a practice that blends evidence-based spinal care with a genuinely human approach – one that listens first, investigates deeply and focuses on long-term recovery.
Together with my co-founder, I’ve grown The Brisbane Spine Clinic from a single site into three multidisciplinary clinics across South East Queensland, supporting thousands of patients each year through our specialist, non-invasive model of care.
My work focuses on treating complex neck and back conditions, whiplash injuries and spinal dysfunction in athletes and everyday patients alike. With a background in high-level sport, I understand how physical setbacks can affect not only the body but also confidence, work and quality of life.
At The Brisbane Spine Clinic, our mission has always been to provide alternatives to invasive procedures, combining advanced diagnostic techniques with tailored manual therapy and rehabilitation. I’m passionate about restoring strength, function and trust in the body’s ability to heal.
Fluent in Korean and active within Brisbane’s Korean community, I’m also committed to making specialised spinal care more accessible and culturally responsive for all.
