I’m Lisa Lucas, a global mentor, international speaker and multi award winning nursing leader dedicated to elevating the profession of nursing and midwifery.
Inspired by the strong women in my family and shaped by early life challenges, I felt the call to nursing early, and over more than two decades I have walked that path through frontline roles in oncology, surgical, cardiology, retrieval services and emergency nursing across both urban and remote Australia.
I have held senior leadership positions including Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse Consultant, Nurse Educator and Nursing Director, each role deepening my commitment to developing people, enabling teams and shaping healthcare for the future.
As founder of a portfolio of ventures engaged in nursing leadership, mentoring and workforce development, I channel that experience into training, retreats and programs that empower nurses and midwives to bypass burnout, reclaim their career momentum and step into purpose driven leadership.
In all that I do I believe this: when nurses are supported to lead, when their voices are amplified and their careers supported holistically, healthcare excellence follows.
