Michele Blanshard

I am the managing director of Practice Management and oncology at Magentus, a global health technology company helping healthcare organisations deliver smarter, safer and more connected care. With more than 25 years of experience across healthcare technology, SaaS and medical devices, I am passionate about growing both businesses and the people who power them.

My career spans leadership roles in both multinational and entrepreneurial environments, with a focus on sustainable growth, operational transformation and leading high-performing teams. I’ve led product expansion, market capture, and profitability growth across competitive global industries.

Prior to joining Magentus, I held senior executive positions with Johnson & Johnson Medical and Medtronic, where I led regional business growth, acquisition integration, and global product strategy.

I currently serve on the board of the Medical Software Industry Association (MSIA), and have held advisory and board positions with the Medical Technology Association of Australia and the Danii Foundation.

My leadership philosophy is grounded in clarity, collaboration, and accountability. I believe that the intersection of technology, strategy, and people is where healthcare transformation begins – and that great leadership starts with empowering others to succeed.
