Mike Norton is the founder of P4Health, an Australian personalised health optimisation platform that integrates wearable technology, genetic testing, epigenetic age analysis, and clinical research AI to give everyday people the kind of health intelligence previously reserved for elite athletes and the wealthy.

Drawing on nearly two decades of entrepreneurial experience and his own journey navigating multiple chronic health conditions, Mike identified a fundamental gap in modern healthcare: doctors see patients in seven-minute windows, treating conditions in isolation without connecting the dots across genetics, lifestyle, biomarkers, and daily biometric data. P4Health was built to close that gap.

The platform combines real-time wearable data from devices like Oura, WHOOP, and Garmin with deep genetic profiling across 2,359 SNP markers and epigenetic age testing, all interpreted through an AI health coach backed by a clinical research engine trained on 126 medical textbooks. Users receive personalised supplement protocols tracked against their actual biomarker baselines, with clinically-timed retest recommendations that measure whether interventions are working.

Based in Brisbane, Mike has invested over 19 months building P4Health as a solo technical founder, architecting the full stack from Cloudflare edge infrastructure to a four-layer AI intelligence system that routes between local open-source models for fast daily coaching and Anthropic’s Claude for deep clinical reasoning. The platform currently serves users across 10 personalised health journeys spanning longevity, athletic performance, chronic condition management, hormonal health, and metabolic optimisation.

Mike’s mission — that every human should know their body as well as their doctor does — reflects both a personal conviction born from lived experience and a commercial thesis that personalised, data-rich health coaching will define the next generation of preventive medicine.
