I’m a healthcare innovator and digital health strategist dedicated to building connected ecosystems where technology amplifies human care. With 26 years of experience across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, clinical operations, and digital transformation, I bring a unique, end-to-end perspective to how healthcare innovation is imagined, implemented, and sustained. My early career in the life sciences built a strong foundation for understanding how research, regulation, and real-world care intersect, and how technology can bridge those worlds.
As CEO and Co-Founder of Edify Medical, I lead the development of intelligent learning and communication platforms that empower culturally diverse healthcare workforces globally. I’m also the co-designer of Dict8ion AI, a medical transcription and workflow platform designed to reduce administrative burden for clinicians and enhance the quality of medical correspondence.
In parallel, I manage South Coast Renal, a leading private nephrology group on the Gold Coast. There, I support a team of visionary clinicians by overseeing the business and operational foundations that enable innovation – such as the development of new care models and forward-looking initiatives like the Clinical Trials Unit and Infusion Unit aimed at expanding access to advanced therapies and research collaboration.
My work is grounded in the belief that technology should serve people, not replace them and that sustainable innovation in healthcare grows from collaboration, empathy, and inclusion. By connecting clinicians, technologists, and communities, I continue to advance a healthcare system that listens, learns, and evolves for the benefit of all.
