I am a radiographer by training with more than 20 years’ experience across the commercial healthcare sector, working at the intersection of clinical delivery, operations, and strategy. My career has focused on supporting healthcare organisations to design, scale, and operate services in complex and high‑pressure environments.

I most recently specialised in rapidly deployable and temporary healthcare infrastructure, advising on and delivering flexible clinical solutions that enable health systems to respond quickly to surges in demand, workforce constraints, and emergency situations. This work has required a strong understanding of governance, compliance, logistics, and stakeholder engagement, alongside practical delivery experience.
